Warranty / Returns

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date on any accessories.

Merchandise returned must be returned in its original packaging in its original condition, including any instruction manuals, tags, and packing materials, and not have been previously installed. Please ensure that you have the correct part and/or accessory prior to installing.

In Stock Bicycles: Must be in showroom condition and are subject to staff approval. Pedal Driven Co. reserves the right (with returned bicycles, based on the cosmetic and mechanical condition of the bicycle being returned) to refuse bicycle returns. All bicycle returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All Used bicycles: Sold as is and are ineligible for return.

Special Orders and Online Orders

Items special ordered shall require a 100% deposit prior to ordering. All special order and online ordered item returns are subject to approval, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.

LABOR FEES AND PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED PARTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, please ensure that you have the correct part and/or accessory prior to installing.

Special Ordered Bicycles and Custom-made parts: Bicycles special ordered (not in stock), and parts that are custom built specifically for you shall require 100% payment prior to ordering and are non-refundable.

Service / Workorder Agreement

I hereby authorize the repair work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agree that Pedal Driven Co is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in/on vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond Pedal Driven Co. control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by supplier or transporter. Customer hereby grants Pedal Driven Co and it’s employees, permission to operate the vehicle herein described on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amount of the repair thereto.

LABOR FEES AND PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED PARTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Due to Limited Storage space, all repaired bikes/vehicles are required to be picked up within 5 days of completion. Repaired bikes/vehicles left at Pedal Driven Co. for a period exceeding 10 DAYS beyond completion of work will accrue $5/day storage fees and after a period of 30 DAYS beyond completion of work will be sold or donated at Pedal Driven Co's discretion.

Used Bike Purchase

Used Bicycle purchase price is subject to Pedal Driven Co. and it’s staff’s approval. Customer hereby grants Pedal Driven Co and it’s employees, permission to operate the vehicle herein described on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. Customer confirms that the product brought in for purchase is their property and they have the sole right to sell.

ALL USED BIKE PURCHASES REQUIRE COPY OF VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Pedal Driven Co. requires a Bill of Sale to be completed and signed with a photocopy of Valid driver's license.

Tariffs/Import duties

All prices indicated are exclusive of Tariffs, import duties, levies, packaging and transportation costs and any taxes whatsoever imposed by the authorities.

Pedal Driven Co. is always looking for a chance to give back to the community. One way we’re excited to do so is through offering a limited amount of annual sponsorship to riders within the community. Please request a Sponsorship Form for a full list of terms and conditions.

Group Rides and Critical Mass

This is not a formal event, and there is no association with any company or organization, including Pedal Driven LLC. By choosing to participate in these group rides, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Cycling has inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other accidents. You are voluntarily participating in these rides with full knowledge of these risks and agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.
Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own safety, actions, and well-being before, during, and after the ride. This includes your bicycle's mechanical condition, your helmet, and all other safety gear.
Following Traffic Laws: You are responsible for knowing and obeying all local, state, and federal traffic laws. On Your Own: You are participating on your own accord and at your own risk. By joining this ride, you are consenting to this disclaimer.
No Liability: Pedal Driven FL LLC, ride organizers, or fellow riders are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may result from your participation in these rides. You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pedal Driven FL LLC, ride organizers, and fellow riders from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation.
